Can I choose a delivery date/time?You can change the delivery date of your shipment through UPS. If you want to choose a specific time for the delivery you can contact UPS customer service (www.ups.com) with your tracking ID.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, please first check the order status by using the tracking ID provided in the SMS from our courier. Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order?Unfortunately, for security reasons, we can not refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the original purchase.
